Forklift Service & Parts, Repairs & Maintenance
At Masterlift, we pride ourselves in our range of quality services from service & parts to rental/hire as well as repairs and maintenance, ensuring we are with you all the way. We have 11 fully stocked mobile service units backed up by office staff in our Dublin and Galway depots. Each vehicle carries a range of diagnostic equipment to help get to root cause of technical problems as quickly as possible to reduce customer downtime.
We carry a large stock of genuine parts. At any time we have over €0.5 million worth of stock on the premises, allowing us to fulfil 98% of customer needs within 24 hours. All of our service personnel are directly employed by Masterlift. As a result we have a team that works to the same customer service ethos across the country. The service calls are managed from our Dublin and Galway offices and our entire fleet is fitted with GPS so we can measure and consistently improve our service.
